Consent Revocation Flow SOP

Request Submission

Customers may submit a consent revocation request by emailing caremppl@meesho.com.

Process Flow

  1. Request Receipt
    • Customer sends email to caremppl@meesho.com with required details: Customer Name, Mobile Number & Email ID.
  2. Acknowledgement
    • The request will be acknowledged within 2-3 business days of receipt.
  3. Validation
    • The support team validates customer details and acknowledges the customer request to revoke the consent.
    • In case of incomplete details, the customer will be contacted for clarification.
  4. Consent Revocation Action
    • Within 2 to 5 business days from acknowledgement, the request will be processed and the consent will be revoked.
    • Once processed, the case will be marked closed and the customer may be informed that the request has been completed.
