Level 3 Reserve Bank of India – Integrated Ombudsman Scheme (RB-IOS) If a complaint lodged by the Borrower(s) with the Company and/or the partnering RE is rejected wholly or partly, or if the Borrower(s) is not satisfied with the response received, or if no response is received within 30 (thirty) days from the date of lodging the complaint, the Borrower(s) may approach the Reserve Bank of India – Integrated Ombudsman Scheme (RB-IOS) for redressal.
